GOOGLE DRIVE REQUIREMENTS
+ Folder: 2020 LASTNAME Photography

          +Folder: Photography Project Title
                   + Individual folder for each photo shoot: "[YYYY_MM_DD] Event _ Name"
                   + "Best Of" folder (Copy 1-10 top images from each photo shoot to edit) 
NOTE: All final project images will be downloaded, edited in Photoshop, and saved on Creative Cloud, and added to the Foxcroft Digital Portfolio
                   +LASTNAME Photography Project Evaluation Rubric​ 

                           Get Shareable Link to Project folder > Copy Link > Paste to Evaluation Rubric
                           View Published Site on Foxcroft Digital Portfolio and Copy/Paste link to page

FOXCROFT DIGITAL PORTFOLIO
  • Login to your Google Account.  Visit sites.google.com/new to click on "New Google Sites."  
    • Find the red + to get started.  Your full name should be on the home page. 
    • Click Publish and use your full name as the web address.
    • Go to Pages and use the red + button to include the following pages: Home, Resume, Portfolio, Research, Artist Statement.  
    • Remember to always click the publish button to make your changes viewable.
  • Go to your Photography folder and create one last folder named LASTNAME Foxcroft Digital Portfolio where you need to move this site and also store all of the images that will be uploaded here (including headers which will replace all of the pre-uploaded ones provided by Google) 
    • Only your most professional and creative work should be included on this site!  Every image needs a caption with a title and year of completion.
    • Add individual pages to for each of the Photography Genres - Drag them overtop of the Portfolio page so they become drop down menu options.
